Movement with Sophie is stepping up the practise with this blocks and binds flow. Bend don’t break in this ultra challenging and fun flow. A class which will challenge the core and posture chain muscles which run along the spine. You will leave your mat feeling stronger, taller and a core as solid as a rock!

Ready to bind and twist and sweat it out? This is the perfect flow to get challenged! You will need a block or two.

A flow to ground the body physically and spiritually. On a physical level, grounding involves practicing yoga poses that facilitate this connection to Earth, including proper techniques to ensure a solid base – for example, making sure all points of the feet are connected to the earth.
