Welcome to your monthly Bootcamp with Movement with Sophie. The goal of this fitness boot camp is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and aerobic endurance.

Benefits: A challenging, varied and fun workout, increasing strength, boosting confidence, changing lifestyle outlook, and motivating long-term health.

All levels of fitness welcome, aged 16+.

By signing up you are agreeing releases (Movement with Sophie) from all liability relating to injuries that may occur (during Movers Bootcamp on Jan 22nd 2022). By booking into the class you agree to Movement with Sophie entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries that could incur. Booking class also declares your ability to engage in physical activity.
