Flow and Stretch

Feeling off balance, need more focus, this is the perfect flow to get centred. Movement with Sophie welcomes you to unroll the mat and join this global group of movers!

A class which will ground the body. Grounding is connecting with the earth both physically and spiritually. On a physical level, grounding involves practicing yoga poses that facilitate this connection to Earth, including proper techniques to ensure a solid base – for example, making sure all points of the feet are connected to the earth.

Start your morning with a energising flow to open up the body, then enjoy the stretch and wind down of class. This class is aimed to strengthen the muscles, and focus on breathing to find the flow.
