Vinyasa for Legs & Hips

Movement with Sophie welcomes you to join this Vinyasa sequence class, aimed for those who tend to have tight hips and legs either from sedentary lifestyles or busy on the go jobs.

You will move your body slowly, with soft transitions focusing on core strength. This evening experience will calm mind your mind to finish the day.

The biggest benefits of slowing down in the evening will help ground your energy in preparation for sleep.

All levels of yoga are welcome.

A class aimed to mobilise and awaken those muscles nested in and around our hip. Aimed to leave you walking better, feeling more open and stronger than before.

Our hips often store the most tension in our body. Lifestyle pressures such as sitting down 8 hours a day, being on your feet with poor footwear, not walking or getting up each hour, cutting blood flow to the feet, so this class is PERFECTLY aimed to give your hip some RNR.
