The flow will challenge the body, as you will be essentially compressing your digestive organs – placing them under weight. When you release your twist there will be a rush or fresh blood that will flood your digestive organs. Fresh blood flow equals fresh oxygen and nutrients.

  • Through guided sun salutations and core power flows this energy we create increases blood flow to body and brain which stimulates capacity to think clearly and rinse the body.

  • These postures we dive into help to open the chest, shoulders and back, all of which can help to decrease feelings of anxiousness.

Learn how to get better connected with your alignment and focus on slow and controlled transitions.

There are many contraindications (including pregnancy) for yoga poses, which is why consulting your doctor before practicing yoga is essential.
