Join Sophie for a gentle, energising outdoor workout designed for new mums. These 50-minute classes focus on rebuilding core, glute, and pelvic floor strength safely after pregnancy.
Held in the park, sessions use bodyweight, resistance bands, and low-impact cardio to suit all fitness levels. Whether it’s your first or 25th week, exercises are tailored to you.
Bring your baby in any pram—there’s no running. Just pack water and something for your baby to lie on if needed.
It’s a great way to move, clear your mind, and connect with other local parents. Dads welcome too!

Prior to participating in any of the Services, you must be cleared to participate in a fitness class from clearance of your GP. You agree to follow all instructions provided by the MWS and its instructors during the Services for your safety and the safety of others.
