Join Sophie for a supportive and energising outdoor workout series designed specifically for new mums. These classes focus on rebuilding strength safely after pregnancy, with a particular emphasis on the pelvic floor, core, and glutes.

Each week, you'll notice progress as your body grows stronger and more capable. Our sessions are crafted to gently challenge you, help you reconnect with your body, and clear your mind in the fresh air of the park. It's also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other local mums and share the postpartum journey together.

Classes are for any mums (or dads) who want to exercise safely with their kids in tow. The classes are 50minutes long using bodyweight and band work exercises and safe cardio to help you exercise effectively and I make sure they are suitable for everyone whether it is your first week or your 25th week, I tweak the class for everybody’s needs.

You will need something for you and your baby to lie/sit on if you need to get them out of the pram, water for yourself. You can use any type of pram as there is no running with the pram.

Whether you're newly postpartum or easing back into movement, this class will support your recovery and help you feel empowered in your body again.

By signing up you are agreeing releases (Movement with Sophie) from all liability relating to injuries that may occur (during Park Yoga in 2024). By booking into the class you agree to Movement with Sophie entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries that could incur. Booking class also declares your ability to engage in physical activity.
