Movement with Sophie welcomes you to this Deep Hip Stretch class.

For people who sit a long time at work, the hip flexors and rotators become tight, and the gluteal muscles become weak. This combination negatively affects our ability to walk, maintain proper posture, and the stability of our spine

All levels of yoga are welcome.

Our hips often store the most tension in our body. Lifestyle choices such as sitting down 8 hours a day, not walking or getting up each hour, cutting blood flow to the feet, so this class is PERFECTLY aimed to give your hip some RNR.
