Yoga for Hips RNR

Feeling off balance, need more focus, this is the perfect flow to get centred. Movement with Sophie welcomes you to unroll the mat and join this global group of movers!

A class which will ground the body. Grounding is connecting with the earth both physically and spiritually. On a physical level, grounding involves practicing yoga poses that facilitate this connection to Earth, including proper techniques to ensure a solid base – for example, making sure all points of the feet are connected to the earth.

A class for our hips, aimed to mobilise and awaken those muscles nested deep and and around the hip. Aimed to leave you walking better, feeling more open and stronger than before.

Our hips often store the most tension in our body. Lifestyle choices such as sitting down 8 hours a day, not walking or getting up each hour, cutting blood flow to the feet, so this class is PERFECTLY aimed to give your hip some RNR.
