MUMMA MOVES

A warm welcome to you! This is free class designed to help new mums begin their postpartum healing journey.

The postpartum period begins soon after the baby's delivery. This period can be anything up to 1 year after birth. The first 6 to 8 weeks offer an opportunity to build and develop a foundation of long-term health and well-being.

If you are simply wanting to learn how to use your core, and build some pelvic floor training this is the class for you.

By signing up you are agreeing releases (Movement with Sophie) from all liability relating to injuries that may occur. By booking into the class you agree to Movement with Sophie entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries that could incur. Booking class also declares your ability to engage in physical activity.
