Grounding Flow With Sophie

Join this Movement with Sophie grounding flow.

Each MWS yoga practice offers an opportunity to root down, creating a firm foundation from which to grow expansive, free, and strong.

You will move your body with a guided power pose sequence and learn to tune into your breath. Each class will help you improve overall strength, body-mind-connection and improve all levels of flexibility.

All levels of yoga are welcome.
