Dive into the pool with former Team GB Swimmer Sophie and learn to swim like a pro! Sophie's passion for swimming has taken her around the world, coaching and teaching in Australia, Spain, and Hawaii. Swimming isn't just a lifesaving skill, it's also a fun sport and an incredible workout.

Sophie's swimming sessions are tailored to suit swimmers of all ages and abilities, from toddlers to triathletes, beginners to club swimmers. She's fully insured, DBS cleared, and qualified to teach, holding ASA 1 & 2 Swim Teaching and Coaching qualifications.

Whether you're a newbie looking to learn the basics of body control in the water or an experienced swimmer aiming to improve your breathing and stroke technique for race prep and training, Sophie has got you covered. Swimming has been proven to reduce stress, build strong kinaesthesia, breathing control and endurance, and Sophie even offers Yoga for swimmers to aid their dry land training.

Sophie offers home visit lessons in London Zone 1-2. All lessons are 45 minutes - 1 hour depending on abilities and age.
